What the site is for

The site tells you about the complex: areas, spaces, the virtual tour, answers to common questions. The form lets you leave an enquiry so we can get back to you.

There are no personal accounts, payments or bookings on the site. Everything else is settled in conversation with a manager.

Nothing here is a binding offer

We try to keep descriptions, prices and schedules current, but they can change. No description or figure on the site creates a contract by itself.

Membership terms, prices and access to the areas are confirmed by a manager and fixed in the contract you sign.

Images of the spaces may be renders. They show the intent, not the exact look today.

Enquiries

By submitting the form you confirm the details are yours and correct. Sending an enquiry for someone else without their knowledge is not allowed.

An enquiry reserves nothing and does not oblige us to enter into a contract. It is the start of a conversation, not its conclusion.

What happens to the data from the form is described in the privacy policy.

What you must not do here

• interfere with the site: overload it, break into it, bypass its protections
• scrape the content with robots for other projects
• pose as another person or as a representative of the complex
• submit someone else’s details without their consent

Who owns the content

Texts, photographs, renders, tour panoramas, the logo and the design belong to the owner of the complex or are used under licence.

Read it, show it to friends, pass the link on freely. Taking the material for your own commercial purposes, republishing or reworking it without our written consent is not allowed.

Third party services and links

External services run on the site: Google statistics, embedded maps and social networks. They have their own rules and we do not control them.

If a page links out to someone else’s site, we are not responsible for what is there.

What we are not responsible for

The site works as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability: there is maintenance, and hosting and connection failures happen.

We are not liable for losses caused by relying on information from the site without confirming it with a manager.

Anything the law does not allow to be limited, we do not limit.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Moldova unless the law requires otherwise.
