This page says what data grit.md collects about you, why we need it, who sees it and what you can do about it. No legal fog.

Who is responsible for your data

Everything described below is the responsibility of the company that owns the complex:

  • Name: REGATA IMOBILIARE S.R.L.
  • IDNO: 1004600025505
  • Address: Băcioi, str. Spiru Haret 1
  • Email for data questions: info@grit.md

What we collect

The site needs no registration and collects nothing behind your back. Your data reaches us only when you send an enquiry yourself.

Name and phone are required in the form. The rest you fill in if you want to.

  • first and last name
  • phone
  • email
  • your comment
  • the areas you ticked: gym, pool, spa and others
  • site language and the page the enquiry was sent from

Why we need it

Only to get back to you about your own enquiry: answer a question, explain membership, book a visit.

We do this on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. Changed your mind? Write to us and we will delete the data. Everything before that stays lawful.

We send no mailings, sell nothing and pass nothing on for anyone else’s purposes.

Who sees it

The enquiry is seen by the complex managers and the services the site cannot run without:

  • the site management system on our server, where the enquiry is kept and handled to its outcome
  • the hosting and file storage
  • Google, and only anonymised visit statistics, if you accepted analytics cookies

Does data leave the country

Visit statistics are processed by Google on its servers outside Moldova. This happens only if you accepted analytics cookies, and those statistics hold neither your name nor your phone number.

How long we keep it

An enquiry stays with us for 12 months after our last conversation. Then we delete or anonymise it.

Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, except where the law makes us keep it longer.

Cookies

The necessary ones keep the site working: they remember your language and your answer to the bar at the bottom. There is no way around them.

Analytics ones help us see which sections get used. They switch on only after your consent and write nothing before that.

You can change your mind any time: clear the site cookies in your browser and the bar comes back.

What you can ask for

At any time you have the right to:

  • find out what data of yours we hold and get a copy
  • correct anything inaccurate
  • have the data deleted
  • limit how it is processed
  • object to the processing
  • take your data in a portable format
  • withdraw your consent
  • complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection, datepersonale.md

How to do it

Write to info@grit.md. Say what you want and give the phone number or email from your enquiry, otherwise we will not find you in our records.

We reply within the period the law allows. If the letter leaves it unclear that it is from you, we may ask again. Not for form’s sake, but so we do not hand your data to a stranger.

How we look after it

Only staff who need it for their work can reach the enquiries, and that access is password protected. The connection to the site is encrypted.

If something happens to your data, we work out what it means and tell you and the supervisory authority when the law requires it.

If this document changes

We update this page when what it describes changes. The date of the last change is at the top.
